Hello, i have a wd 250g wd2500aajs blue caviar that a faulty psu as fried motherboard and hdd pcb. See attachement for pictures: it look like board number : 2060-771640-003 rev p1 type 2. It look like that the ic controller chip is burned. So i read that i have to swap the bios chip to make it work. Do you know if this model number as store info in the bios or in the ic controller chip? Because mine is burned. If there someting to do? Thanks
The U12 chip is the BIOS.
